With a growing list of vetted tenants actively searching for quality homes across the Valleys, we’re currently looking to partner with new landlords who can benefit from our standout service—cost-effective fees, high-quality tenants, and efficient property management.

If you're a landlord, chances are you know another landlord or two. That’s why we’re introducing a referral reward scheme—our way of saying thank you for helping us grow our community of like-minded property owners.

The Reward

As part of our referral programme, we’ll send you a £50 shopping voucher for every successful introduction to a landlord who signs up for either our Tenant Find Only or Fully Managed service.

How It Works

It couldn’t be simpler:

• Spread the word. Tell your friends, family, or fellow landlords about Neighbourhood Properties.

• If they’re thinking of letting out a property, buying a buy-to-let, exiting the market and needing a portfolio manager, or just want to switch to a new agent—send them our way.

• Once they join us, we’ll post you a thank-you voucher.

• Just make sure they mention your name when they get in touch.

No Limits, Just Rewards

There’s no cap on the number of landlords you can refer—so the more you recommend, the more rewards you receive. Vouchers are issued upon completion of the relevant service setup.
